lovely view prompt room service many breakfast options additional charge in-room massage early concierge closure
my room, a standard twin room non-smoking, had a lovely view. room service was prompt, i think. the breakfast on the 33rd floor included many options.
The pool access was an additional charge, i wasn't expect it. the in-room massage, i deeply regret it. the concierge closed early. I found that odd for a five star hotel.
