ABSOLUTELY Wonderful Stay!
friendly staff convenient location fine view comfortable bed
The staff were super friendly. The hotel's location near train stations made EXPLORING easy. The corner room had an AMAZING view, and the bed was VERY comfortable. The bathroom had a great tub for RELAXING.
Some areas of the hotel felt a little dated to me, BUT everything was clean and maintained.

Breakfast on the 33rd floor was Excellent offering amazing views and great service. The hotel restaurants had excellent quality food with a variety of choices. Room service meals were delivered promptly and were delicious.

The hotel is WELL situated with several underground train stations within a 10 minute walk. These stations provide quick access to prime tourist areas. A nearby historical temple and outdoor sitting areas are located close.

my room, a standard twin room non-smoking, had a lovely view. room service was prompt, i think. the breakfast on the 33rd floor included many options.
The pool access was an additional charge, i wasn't expect it. the in-room massage, i deeply regret it. the concierge closed early. I found that odd for a five star hotel.

the hotel features shops and bars, which i found convenient. i had a view of mt. fuji from my room. taxis were always available right outside. the reception staff was friendly and helpful.
i noticed some wear and tear in the room, including scratches on the furniture.

peaceful walks breakfast buffet
the location was great near the park it allowed peaceful walks i liked the variety in the breakfast buffet the omelets were made fresh to order. the room had a fantastic view especially at night the lights were a beautiful sight
some of the furniture showed a bit of wear that detracted slightly from the otherwise luxurious feel

subway lines onsite facilities
the hotel is close to subway lines for access to the city. onsite facilities include a shop and a spa. the pool area is lovely. the location is ideal for short trips.
i noticed the concierge was closed relatively early.

I appreciated the limousine bus service directly to the airport. The convenient store located below the hotel was helpful. It had essential items and snacks.
The hotel offered services like a pool. They charged extra fees for these services. I think that is strange for this type of hotel.
